Medical marijuana has been legal in several states
already and one of the overwhelming trends noticed is that demand often outstrips
supply. This can be troubling for those who need their regular puff of medical
marijuana to keep themselves pain-free. Here are a couple of things you can do
to ensure your stash is never empty:
- Cultivate Your Own. The best answer to the shortage is to grow
your own marijuana plants. California’s
medical marijuana law allows anyone with a medical marijuana card and
their designated caregiver the chance to cultivate six mature plants or
twelve immature plants. When harvested, the marijuana can only by used by
the patient. However, cultivating your own marijuana has its own problems.
Marijuana requires the proper environment for it to flourish; you’ll need
to provide adequate lighting, nutrients, and humidity to get the best
possible product. You’ll also need to choose which strain you’ll be
growing, too, which can be a difficult choice.
- Have it Delivered. The other option is buying your supply, but
if you’re laid up or have difficulty getting around, then you’re probably limited
in your choices. Additionally, California’s laws limit you to only half a
pound of marijuana. Thankfully, there are services that deliver marijuana
to your doorstep. No need to stock up or go out of your house; just call a
delivery service so that you can have your regular dosage if necessary.
